PULLTEETH LOVES JEREMY SCOTT

It's no secret that I've been a long time fan of Jeremy Scott. (Just check the tag) I've been talking about doing this video for years, specifically with my two good friends Freya and Chelsea. Collectively we have a shocking amount of his clothes in our possession, so it made perfect sense for us to work together on this. I was approached by the lovely folks at Synonym Art Consultation to create a piece to be looped at a Nuit Blanche party here in Winnipeg, and I figured it was the perfect opportunity to create the video!

So here's to you Jeremy! We love you!

I've never been one to experiment with drugs, so Jeremy Scott's latest collection might be the closest I'll get. He is never one to disappoint on the theatrics and this show was no exception. I died over this purple plastic kilt over white leggings with a chunky knit sweater. Not exactly a usual look for Jeremy (or me, really) but something I'd kill to wear none-the-less.

This is the first time I've heard of JW Anderson, but I like what I see! Lots of this collection wasn't really that wearable, but there are a few pieces that would work wonders in my wardrobe. I mean, come on. That last outfit is complete perfection (except I might wear it with shoes...)

After seeing a KID (literally, he was maybe 15) wearing this shirt in the Metrotown mall in Vancouver, I am completely in lust. I questioned it's authenticity or even if he KNEW what YSL was, but maybe I was just judging out of hostility. I am really bad at justifying purchases like this, and with a $245 price tag it's pretty hard to just whip out the ol' Visa card, even more so now that I'm unemployed and my bank account is slowly depleting. Maybe I could work out a deal with myself. Order this shirt and get rid of 30 thrifted t-shirts I never wear. Or better yet, sell them on ebay! I'm sure if I got together all the unworn items in my closet/thrown around my room I could raise enough to order it! This just might work...

I'll probably contemplate it for weeks and then forget about it. Talk me into it!
