Not my DIY

I had the pleasure of spending the evening with the lovely and talented Kylie of Nice And Shiny. We spent the day frantically trying to pull together my costume last minute. I've had it planned for months but it never seemed to come together. It is finally looking up though, but I would've been S.O.L without her so THANK YOU KYLIE! I will update with photos of my costume as soon as they're up!

Buttttttttt, if any of you are readers of Nice and Shiny you know she's a master of DIYs. When she posted the shoulder epaulettes she made I nearly died. When we went to her house to work on my costume I got the honor of being her first paying customer. LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY.

I still can't get over how beautifully crafted this is. All of my DIY projects are soooooo sloppy but you can really appreciate the time and effort that went into this.

Happy Halloween everyone! Can't wait to see all of your costumes

This pocket of air, in my opinion, is what makes the cheap MBT shoes lighter on your joints. It creates a cushion when you are standing or walking. As for weight loss, I would give the cheap MBT shoe about a 5 out 5. I live where there are a lot of hills and decided I would test them in the natural instead of a treadmill.
