pass the bleach

So I went blonde for a (very brief) few weeks last summer, and although I didn't completely commit to it (it stayed yellowy blonde instead of the white I initially wanted) and seeing model after model going from dark brown to bleach blonde is killing me...
Martin Cohn, who I was completely unaware of before a few minutes ago, made my jaw drop.

These Lego heart pins are selling for $100 each on Karmaloop.com. When I saw this I just had to run downstairs and raid my Lego collection from my childhood, which is sitting in our storage room collecting dust. It took me a while to find the right pieces in the same color but...

I am so so so so soooooo done with this weather, you don't even know. The problem with days like this is that I end up staying and doing online shopping all day. I almost ordered Creepers but I still haven't made up my mind yet. Which brings me to this...

I got a hot tip from the lovely Nice And Shiny about the website http://www.bleudame.com which has most of the same glasses as 80spurple but with much cheaper shipping to Canada! I ordered my glasses in white and the shipping was something like $3! Thanks again, girl!

I finally put proper laces on my Docs. I took the fringe (along with the laces) off another boot but I think it looks pretty good like that!I should mention, those are the Cheap Monday jeans I got for free at Urban Outfitters!

hmmm so...

I'm thinking about making myself a pair of these Raf Simons shoes... It'll probably end up taking me 300 years to actually finish them but it might be a nice project to work on here and there. (kind of like my knitting, that went nowhere...) They retail for over 1k so buying the real deal is out of the question. Now finding an appropriate pair of white shoes is the real challenge here.

How do we feel about these Slow & Steady Wins The Race sunglasses? They're $100 but I kind of feel like splurging on a new pair of sunglasses for the summer. I've waited far too long for nicer weather to not celebrate. (They come in clear too which I'm really into? I can't find photos though..)

Can we just take a minute here to appreciate the television gold that is Zoom? I would race home from school every day to watch this shit, I never did any of the activities except for one. Stand in a doorway with your arms at your sides, then press your arms has hard as you can against the door frame for 30 seconds. After that walk out and rest your arms. They will float up. I swear to God this works and it's magic and/or witchcraft of some sort, I don't even know. Anyways, I also remember having the biggest crush on Zoe. It never seemed like a problem to me until now when I'm rewatching some of the videos and realize this is what she looks like..

Reporting to you LIVE from Toronto

Hey all. Just a quick update from the beautiful city of Toronto. I've been doing a lot of shopping and a lot of eating (which is okay with me) Here's a few things I notice about Toronto and my stay in general

• People in the prairies are more polite
• Doc Martens are not appropriate for walking
• H&M is nice and good and pretty
• I am bad at packing
• I don't take photos anymore
• Toronto is nice, I could live here

Okay so I thought I would show you my favorite purchase so far.. how sweet is this windbreaker/poncho from H&M?

Notice my snarky little smile in the first picture. I'm pretty pleased with myself on this find.

But the cream of the crop of my shopping stories goes hands down to this next one... I was shopping solo this afternoon and I thought I would give Urban Outfitters a second chance. (I came out empty handed the first run) I went to the sale section and was looking through jeans. I've wanted a pair of light colored denim for a while and I found a pair of Cheap Mondays that were definitely worn before. They had no tags so I took them to the front and asked how much they would charge me for them. The manager said since they were clearly worn I could just take them. How crazy is that? They were my size and I'm wearing them right now to be honest.
